Objective: To determine the relationship between Hb levels and nutritional status of pregnant women on the incidence of LBW at the Tawangharjo Community Health Center. Methods: Quantitative research with an analytical survey design and a retrospective approach was conducted in June 2025. A total of 49 pregnant women used the Total Sampling technique. Chi Square analysis produces a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) for both variables. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between Hb levels and nutritional status of pregnant women and the incidence of LBW at the Tawangharjo Community Health Center.
