THE BENEFIT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence technology in English language learning brings many real benefits to students and teachers. AI intelligence that helps humans do tasks that require intelligence in a short time. The definition of AI is an artificial intelligence tool. The existence of AI in education brings a new revolution, as well as innovation, development, and benefits in education, especially in foreign languages.  AI facilitates the implementation and generation of teaching plans. Including creating teaching modules and supporting teaching media. The use of Artificial Intelligence AI in English language learning is increasingly showing great potential for teachers by improving the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This Research is a literature study focusing on the development and use of Artificial Intelligence in English language teaching. By conducting library research, this study aims to benefits in implementing AI as an efficient English language learning tool that can be used by teachers and adapted to students’ needs. This article used Descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. This indicates that the data used is secondary data, specifically related to the benefits of artificial intelligence for English language learning. The results reveal that AI has benefits in English language teaching and helps facilitate effective educational transformation.
