Pregnancy factors include pregnancy with hydramnios, nausea, antepartum bleeding, pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia/eclampsia, premature rupture of membranes, and fetal factors such as congenital defects and infections in the uterus. Objective: To determine the relationship between Hb levels and nutritional status of pregnant women on the incidence of LBW at the Tawangharjo Community Health Center. Methods: Quantitative research with an analytical survey design and a retrospective approach was conducted in June 2025. A total of 49 pregnant women used the Total Sampling technique. Results: Most of the mothers' Hb levels were normal, there were 47 respondents (95.9%), the nutritional status of the mothers was mostly normal, there were 47 respondents (95.9%), the incidence of LBW was mostly LBW, there were 47 respondents (95.9%). Chi Square analysis produces a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) for both variables. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between Hb levels and nutritional status of pregnant women and the incidence of LBW at the Tawangharjo Community Health Center.
